Must have at least 2 years’ experience participating in color reviews and be proficient. Responsible for reading the solicitation and understanding the requirements. Participates in kickoff meetings and color reviews. Reads the organization’s response sections assigned and make recommendations for improvements such as:
- Does the content/text/story makes sense and answer the requirements?
- Do the graphics tell a story? Can you provide ideas on what should be added or why something should be revised/removed?
- Are the win themes and discriminators being weaved or married throughout the response?
